Direct Primary Care is a simple membership model for your healthcare. You pay one monthly fee and get direct access to your doctor, with longer visits, no copays, and no insurance hassles. It’s primary care the way it should be: personal, accessible, and built around you.

Memberships start at $299/month for adults, with special pricing for family members. No hidden fees or copays for included services. Memberships are a one-year commitment billed monthly; canceling early means the remaining balance for the year is due.

Your membership does not include hospital or emergency care, surgery, specialist visits, X-rays, Pap smears, prenatal care, aesthetic services, IV infusions, injections, or vaccinations. Some of these may be available for an additional fee. You can still use your insurance for medications, labs, imaging, and referrals, since these services are provided by in-network third parties.

Members can reach Dr. Dinani directly by phone, text, portal messaging, or email. No phone trees, no endless hold times, just direct access to your doctor.

Many members may be able to use HSA or FSA funds for their membership. Please check with your plan administrator to confirm your eligibility.
