Behind the scenes
How It All Started
Synergy began within the traditional insurance-based model. Starting from scratch, we grew to 1,800 patients, driven by a simple commitment: to listen, understand, and teach during every visit. Our growth was fueled by word of mouth and a little Zocdoc magic.
But with success came new challenges: more insurance denials, more red tape, shorter appointments, and longer wait times. Rather than sacrifice quality for quantity, we chose to change course before those challenges affected our patients.
That decision led to Synergy Direct Primary Care, a membership model where Dr. Dinani can spend real time with every patient and focus on empowering and educating them. We also introduced aesthetics and IV therapies to help patients rejuvenate and reach their health and wellness goals.
Our Outlook
Medicine isn’t one-size-fits-all, and neither am I. As a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO), I was trained to look at the whole person, not just a list of symptoms. That means connecting the dots between your health, your history, your lifestyle, and your goals.
I take the time to explain what’s happening in your body, and I welcome your questions and your own research. Whenever possible, I explore nutrition, lifestyle changes, and healthy habits alongside traditional treatment, so you’re not just treating illness but building lasting wellness.
