How it all Started
In the early days of Synergy, we laid the groundwork within the traditional insurance-based model. Starting from scratch and growing to 1800 patients, our commitment centered around prioritizing quality care, with a focus on listening, understanding, and teaching during each visit. Our expansion was fueled by word of mouth and a touch of ZocDoc magic.
However, with success came new challenges – increased insurance denials, bureaucratic red tape, shorter appointments, and longer wait times. Opting for quality over quantity, we recognized the need for change before these challenges escalated. This realization paved the way for the new path of Synergy, a space where our passion is to empower and educate patients. We also introduced Aesthetics and IV therapies to help rejuvenate overall well-being and achieve health and wellness goals.
